How to build first tier backlinks

Hey,
i am planning on ranking my fresh website on low competition keyword, but i don't know what type of links i should use for for 1st tier, also could someone recommend a service, BTW i own GSA SER and i am planning on building second tier with it.
Any advice is appreciated, Thanks !!!

Guest blog posts, web 2.0s, PBNs, article submission sites, parasite pages. You can use gsa as t1 if you're careful.

When building your backlinks I personally find best long term results from being slow and steady. 2-3 backlinks daily for a few months rather than 50-100 backlinks daily. If posting like a mad man i've seen great results for a week or 2 and then a sudden dropoff in rankings so now I prefer to go slow and steady. But yea what the guy said above me
Also I try to keep my ratios about 75-80% tier 1 links.

Web 2.0s and PBNs work good for T1, as for the rate that you should add.. it depends if your project is a churn and burn (in which case you can go fast) or if you're going for something long term and planning to build it up into an authority site then only 1-3 for the first week and slowly build it up. You can go with GSA as well, but make sure that they are links which you have control over and can remove if needed to.
