How to build email list?

Hi this is my first thread in this forum so please forgive me if this the wrong section now I manage to build email list and I will use many traffic source for this but I want to use the power of youtube to build my list but I dont know how to do this? any advice or any suggestion courses teach me how to do this? sorry for my bad english.

you need a landing page that requires the user to enter their email, and that landing page will save the email at your database.

OK, this my plan
1- I will create a video
2- I will put the landing page url in the description that contain a freebie
3- when the visitor putting his email I will redirect him to CPA offer related to the nich
my question is
the video I will create should be around the CPA offer or around the freebie gift?
