How to build country specific links?

My money site is a dot_com_dot_au and needs to rank well in Australia. Anyone know of a link building tool that lets me target the above links.

better make a advance search for the country
(site:com.au) after every search queries so that you get votes from the country domains that will definitely help you out,

I've been doing that for comment pages etc - not very efficient - any tools, paid or free that can automate?

Have you tried to build a list of directories (website, bookmarking, blogs, etc) in Australia and use roboform to create accounts (outsource) and then try to adapt the tools we have here to automate the process with proper proxies?

For sure you would be able to include links from other countries as long as the majority is coming from Australia.
