How to build BUZZ for a site

Hey all,

I've got a site that is marketed to Realtors, and we need to build a bunch of buzz about it, so when people google the site, they see good reviews and good social proof.

What's the best way to do that using social media, or other techniques? I've got outsource workers who could do grunt work on it, but I need good methods to flood google with positive spin about the site

I befriended a REALTOR(tm) LOL... gave him free access to my service for loaning his account to me for a few hours to scrape the realtor database for all its contacts... The best marketing is direct marketing.

I would say probably the easiest way not neccesarily the least amount of work is to do a lot of keyword research and find all the long tail keywords that is associated with your niche and then create posts on the social sites that are SEO optimized for those keywords and level links to your site. You will want different text and user accounts for this so it looks natural. You also don't want all the post to be glowing reviews or it will look unnatural too.

This is really the way to do any marketing in my opinion although it requires a lot of work.
