maybe, spanish language its more targeted than english, if you have english user that haven't do spanish may useless

Build links relevant to your niche, obviously the more in Spanish the better.

Being able to use the Spanish language could help you a great deal. You could then contact webmasters of other Spanish websites and ask them if they would like to trade links with you to help you gain backlinks. Also being able to use the Spanish language you could also look for Spanish blogs, forums and post and comment there to help with backlinks.

In my opinion, you must get backlinks from spanish websites only, because there is no meaning to get links from english sites, coz you don't have any concern with it, so if you want to keep whitehat label for your site then my recommendation is to go with spanish sites.. i know its hard to find backlinks for it but try it.

Would a site in English link to you naturally? If so then links in English are fine.

If your site is in Spanish, what percentage of links do you think would be in Spanish? About 80% probably?

Then make 80% of your links in Spanish.

The key is : diversify and make your link profile look natural. That is all there is to it.

Keeping most of your backlinks from Spanish websites would be the better option being that your website is Spanish.

In my opinion, you can do one thing, write content in English and then use the anchors like this. <a href="link">Translate</a> (Spanish anchor - Traductor).

I hope you get the idea what I am talking about.
