How to build about 50 backlinks without paying much?

Hi,

Are there ways to build backlinks without spending money?

I need to build about 50 backlinks but don't want to spend too much money.

There are over 300 web 2.0s that are either site/blog you can find various lists doing a search.
 
There are lists online and on this forum that provide sites where you can build backlinks for free.
 
For that, you need to go with those link building methods that are most relevant to your business.
There are so many websites out there they don't charge for getting backlink from their site.
 
You can use the broken link method where you report to the webmaster about the broken links on their site. Then you provide options for alternating links and including your site in the list. As you are doing them a favor, chances are you can get backlinks to your own site. You can build internal links, write testimonials about other websites on your site, do guest posts. All these require some effort but are cheap and smart ways to earn backlinks.

I got the list. But i have the following questions.
How many articles should i add for the web 2.0.
It's too hard to add many articles to all those 300 web 2.0.
So what is the best strategy

on each one create 2 or 3 articles first, then set a calendar reminder to do one or two a month for 6 months or so.
 
You should start link building with free listing that will help you a lot in starting stage.
 
Don't forget comments with authority links or similar keywords, Google loves them.
Pro Tip*
Get your spun/trash article and upload/cut n paste it to a wordpress site with yoast free plugin on.
Now go through the article until it green lights on the SEO. Don't worry to much about the writing score.
Then try and do the same for the other trash articles.
Believe me once you have done 1 or 2 it takes u five mins each article.
You can then just cut and paste the HTML onto the WEB 2.0
And yes from my own experience it make a big difference to ranking.

You can build web 2.0 or even profile links but it is hard to get rank from these links nowadays
 
You can contact 50 blogs for guest posts and then have 50 links.
 
Always go for quality over quantity. 5 good quality backlinks better than 50 random backlinks.

2 strategies I recommend that won't cost you:
1) guest posting, just go in google and search for this:
"Your Niche" + "blog for us" OR "guest post" OR "write for us" OR "become a contributor" OR "guest column" OR "guest author" OR "guest article"
just replace Your Niche.
2) Broken link building, you'll need to install chrome extension called Check My Links then you'll search for relevant pages from websites you want to get backlinks from and you run the plugin to see if there are any broken pages on those articles so you'll contact the websites and ask to replace those with your content.
