I'm building my own tool, something like builtwith. You can find this by looking at the source code.

I don't know. Never used WYSIWYG editors since Microsoft Word, but technically if you read the documentation shouldn't be too complex. The thing is to have an eye for design.

You could also hire people on BHW or Fiverr to do it, if you don't want too.

That's really easy to build, it's not doing much really. Could host it for free too doesn't look like anything is happening on a backend.

Well I will recommend using MERN stack. That way you won't have to pay a monthly fees of $29-$349 on bubble.io (you can get a very good free hosting on vercel Or netlify) and custom coding will also allow you to add some extra features
