How to build a scrapper?

I need to scape this one site then put the data into a DB....can someone point me in the right direction? Or possibly even sell me one if they can make it.

Here is a pretty advanced free scraper: google-scraper.squabbel.com
You only need to add a few lines to export the data into a database table.

The source is free to use and modify as long as the initial comment (credits) are not removed/changed.
