Finally you can use facebook ads to attract people from the US to click and join your FB page. After that you can connect with them normally.

Make your profile look US from the start. Post during US hours, talk about US topics and engage on posts from US creators so their audience keeps seeing you. Do that consistently and the algo will start pushing you to the right crowd.
