What is the best way to boost views on my listing (without suspending my account)?

Manual, bot, it does not matter.

Post to the want to buy section, perhaps there's a panel for ebay views out there somewhere?

Why would you boost your views?

In my experience, eBay won´t like this because they want a high conversion rate and not a high view count.

One of my Listings got posted on a Deal site and got 300 views in about an hour but the ranking didn't change, maybe even got worse.

but if he has a popular product, high views can convert if done well

Many people on the web are selling watchers viewers etc to boost your listing

you can find on marketplace people selling watchers, anyway, you can do it by yourself creating new accounts and following your items.

Well my friend got banned for buying 10 000 views on 300 listings, the views were added in 3 days.

I suppose whatever you read on BHW, you need to add 'use common sense'...

If it's an account that you care about I'm not sure I'd risk it but if you're adamant about it, you can always look around for services here on BHW as well. Just know that Ebay surely looks out for people trying to game the system.
