How to boost sales?

Hi, this is Penny from China, an Amazon seller, we specialize in pest repeller products, as for now, the sales turnover much worse than expected, so I want to discuss with people in the same industry.

not a pet product seller but personal product seller. In my experience, one of my product a long time ago is having declining sales. i try to connect on the people through comments and reviews but as a customer. if the product fault is only sightly price and quality, then it can be cured by leaving a comment against there opinion, either way, change your product.
