How to block spam traffic?

I have a problem with the spam traffic. I tried a lot of ways to block them but still have much spam traffic.

What platform you are using and what are those spam traffic?
Well, if you have access to WHM/Cpanel, and if you can install CSF Firefwall, you can in fact, use the firewall to specifically block IP or the entire IP block via the firewall.
CSF also allows you to block access from specific country as well - but you will need to look through their configuration file for that setting - you can block traffic from specific country by entering the 2 letter country code.

You will do following various methods for Block spam,

Block the refferer used by spambot
Block the IP address used by the spambot
Block the IP address range used by the spambo
Block the user agent used by the spambo
Use the Google Analytics "Bot filtering" method

Fake referrers are impossible to block. It's just how the WWW works.
