How to block Lulu app?

It's an girls-only app where they can rate and review guys from Facebook. Imagine the feminist rage if it were the other way around... How can I block it from using my info, is turning the app platform enough? Also if some can pm me a fake female FB account with a few friends please, I just need to check did I manage to block it. I won't change anything, just need it for 15mins.
