For personal profiles there is no option to block traffic from specific countries.
How to block certain countries from seeing your fb profile posts ?

i think no, Facebook only provides country restrictions for Facebook Pages. Personal profiles don't have a feature to hide public posts from specific countries or stop Facebook from recommending them by location. If you need geo-restrictions, you'll need to use a Facebook Page instead.

I don think it possible to change that. Try buying accounts that have already been created in the country you want to reach and then posting on those account

It isn't for personal profiles, iirc. Last I saw that feature was for Pages (as some have handily pointed out). About the closest you could do on a profile is limiting the audience for individual posts or block specific users if you have to. Far as I know, there's no direct feature to do a regional or country restriction otherwise.
I think,facebook won't let you block specific countries from seeing your posts.You can use location restrictions on pages but not on personal profile.
