How to blast emails?

I have access to a lot of email addresses that have been collected through the years but most of them do not want to be solicited. With the US CAN-SPAM act, is it legal to send out email blasts/send out unsolicited emails as long as you are truthful in the subject line/no false advertising, an address is provided, and an option to unsubscribe from the e-mail is included?
Could someone elaborate on if this is legal at all? Also as to how you do it/have done it in the past, which email clients are the best to use (Gmails rate limit is 500 recipients per message).
I do not want to have my email account suspended, my isp fining me/sending me a subpoena.
Can someone shed some light on this? How can someone legally send affiliate links when they have access to a large database of email addresses?

u can import the emails to an email management company.

subscribers that want to be mailed will click a link to opt in to the mailings.

will get high deliverability, and 100% compliant.

It's legal if you give the possibility for the users to unsuscribe.

If you want an email software that can blast more than any other one with a lot of incredible functions (including that option to unsuscribe), you can take a look at the website from my signature.

About your isp, we can provide smtp proxies that you will use with any email accounts that you can setup on any hosting company or that you can buy from guys here at really cheap price or both of these solutions at the same time.

100 000 emails by day it's an easy thing with only Yahoo accounts that you can find here for 5$ to 10$ for 1000.

You can also use many other accounts at the same time and send 300 000+ emails by day from 1 computer. It all depend on the number of proxies and the limit from the mail servers that you're using.

What is the number of emails that you want to send and what is your budget? (you can pm me for details or send me a message from the livehelp on my website).

Cheers!

If you use a company like constant contact there very picky on sending spam. There threshold is 1 spam complaint for every 1000 emails sent.

Import them all to aweber, where aweber will email all of them to confirm their email subscription, then you will have opt in subscribers. Then you can blast away and be complaint :D

I don't think you will do that well with clickbank products unless they are all targeted to a specific niche and not random email addresses.

Is that a option aweber has- where they will send your list a do you want to opt in? Or is automatic?

what is your email? says I cant pm you yet =/

Dude, you will get shut down almost immediatly with services like constant contact and i have tried most software solutions and the problem isnt "Blasting" emails...its inboxing. The only way that has worked 100% for me is a little blackhat and requires some coding work. Good luck though

sending UBE goes alot deeper than subject line, and opt outs. It really should all be done overseas, with proper precautions taken

El_SEO, Is your soft anything like the MM?

A lot more of options.

You can setup

- Delay between emails or batch of emails. (for each server independently)
- Hourly limits (for each server independently)
- Daily limits (for each server independently)
- Auto management of proxies and accounts depending on smtp status codes received by servers. (for each server independently)
- Random header modifications

Just take a read at all options on our website and make the comparison.

Thanks guys for your share - I was just about to look into email marketing and you have given me a great blast of info, thank you

Okay how could we have a legal plan of implementation here. Email harvesting + auto responder + ... Every one please weigh in.

First of all, email harvesting is not the most right thing.

If you search to do things in the right way, you must collect opt-in emails from a website or from a tool where these users register their emails.

After that, you will respond to something... That mean, you will first send a message and depending on their reply, you will respond...

Your question sounds like, hey guys, how can i navigate on the sea from my car with a plane? :D
