How to become the first Twitter (X) replier

Maybe you noticed that popular people posts get hundreds of thousands of views per post. Some even get millions of views. Then if you can reply first or second, you will get thousands of views too. But how can we do that??
Because whenever a post showsup in my timeline, it already has thousands of replies. Maybe there is a service or someway to do it.
The same holds true for Facebook.

Yes, I've seen some people grow a lot of followers with this "first reply method".
You need to buy X Blue (verificated account) to be able to be on the top of the replies, that's the most important factor. Furthermore the replied content should be something people are willing to like, comment or share.
