I think there's something wrong with that list as i see some normal jr vips (the_demon, wannabie and wasted), maybe is a mistake though.

Yes, and I think that is a very conservative number. As it stands now, that would mean that over 35,000 people would be putting each method into action at a time
I am obviously not a Jr. Exec VIP but I have worked with a few and mods. One thing they have always told me is that it is a good idea to get along with other members also (this will help you out in many other aspects of life as well).
If you disagree with someone be civil about it and present your side with facts, personal experience, case studies, ect. Don't resort to personal attacks, don't lose your cool, and don't be a jerk in general. This is why most Jr Execs are not only smart and helpful, but also very friendly and just all around good people.
This forum is here for us to all help one another out on our journeys!

Since I do not hit the criteria I will allow myself to be completely audacious and hopefully in a few years everyone will forget about this post.
Some of the most helpful people who I have come across in IM were Jr Execs and Execs on BHW. Pyro offered me advice when I first started and offered to help me with a domain after a while. Wowhaxor has hooked me up with a LOT of Edu accounts and when ever I had an issue, responded instantly and helped out.
I think I PM'ed SEO Lover when I first started and I eventually got answers to my questions. I also bought some of my first PBN domains from SEO Lover and he was completely honest and helped me get that going over a year ago now. Same with t0mmy and Zwielicht when I PM'ed or asked a question in public. I was going to buy one of t0mmys services when I first started and he told me something to the effect of 'Its a high comp KW and the ROI is not there if you rank.' That was an eye opener for me.
W130SN saved me from a few mistakes by blowing up scammers when I first started and was all around super helpful in a cool way. No newbie basing unless they are doing something suspicious which is a great asset for me. Basstrackerboats has helped me with stupid questions when I first started and walking me through projects I was / am working on. I asked BTB the most questions when I first started out and was always given good advice.
Jared recently helped me go about finding better writers I could trust and would keep up with my content demand. Also a very honest person when dealing with him and business transactions.
What is my point? I know a few hundred people already checked out this thread. Every single Exec or Jr. Exec I spoke with has not only been incredibly nice and beyond helpful, if I had a legit question I always got a FAST answer. As in the next time the user signed in, I got an answer.
If you have been to any other SEO or IM forum you know most people do not or will not share. They do not help unless profit is to be made. The reason I stuck with BHW is when I worked hard and couldn't figure it out every 'higher member' did the best they could to help me and most offered me free advise or work to get me going. I mostly declined, but guys offering to give me a domain or hook me up with a SEO service for no reason were a big inspiration.
If you want to be a 'higher member' I would say do not over think things. This is a business. We are all business people. The members who get the promotion are always helpful, know there stuff, and are kind when you do not go at them like a b - hole.
I never spoke with macdonjo3 except for buying a domain a while ago, but when he got promoted I knew he must be a good dude and I went back to check his threads and many were very good content not talked about. I know if I ever need business done with macdonjo3 I can trust him, because a wise man once told me:
"You are known by the company you keep."
If you want your name in the lovely blue, you need to be the kind of person who would fit into the ranks of 'super helpful and successful members' like everyone I have interacted with.
PS - thank you for every 'higher member' who helped me. I know I most likely missed some but it did help a lot. I was able to save my first business and transition into many successful ventures because of you all.
PSS - to the newbies who want to know why I got an answer a year or so ago and you did not... it is because I always tried first, told the person I was asking what I did or did wrong, and tried there suggestions. When I hit a roadblock again the same members would help me, because I proved I did try, and often failed but kept trying anyways. If you help yourself I am more than willing to guarantee all of the higher members would help anyone who had a serious and specific question you can't easily find on BHW.
