You get insights from diving into an industry or niche and reading, engaging and asking questions just like you're doing on BHW.

Maybe from being on BHW you discover someone selling online reputation cleanup for $150 in the market place and nobody is offering such a service in your local community where you live, so you find the biggest businesses in your area, message them screenshots of their negative reviews and make them an offer.

I.e Hello local company, I was reading through your Google reviews and noticed you had a few negative ones (screenshot attached). In this digital era your online reputation is everything, and having even 1 negative review could be costing you to lose clients. Imagine if you're losing 3 customers per week because of these negative reviews, it's like your losing $300 every week over the course of a year that's over $12,000. I have a way of suppressing and sometimes removing these negative reviews altogether. In which industry you want to be a middle-man?

well first of all you need to be super reputable, you need a lot of vouches too
you need to be selling your own stuff where you gonna grow your own communtiy and trust and reptuation and eventually you will be one

To become a middleman, you need to build trust and connections between buyers and sellers, because your value comes from being the reliable bridge that makes deals smoother and safer for both sides.

Middleman Problems -

1. You don't have a business. You have self employment.. You are not building something that
can be sold.

2. You have no IP (intellectual property)

3. For high ticket items, every customer is a shark. They IMMEDIATELY try to remove your from
the project so that they can get a "better deal"
