How to beat Youtube in SERP(Searching)

Hi, i am searching for , how to beat google videos in serp.. like i/you have a website n it appears under the some stupid videos.. want to beat them in in rankings. Is it possible wat u say?(i knw its possible but may b difficult) If anyone have some idea or tip please share.. thanks.
I am also looking for the solution, if i found will share it here..

This. backlinks and on site SEO. Beating a youtube video in SERPs is just like trying to beat another website. It's all same.

I think it is the same strategy but if you think about it Google will not put pages full of videos in their SERPs. Their system only puts a few videos at the top of the listing if any.

Depends on the keyword but I bet you could think out side of the box to get ahead of that listing.

thanks everyone..i ill, doctor advised complete bed rest.. so from 3-4 days totally away..n i will try when i feel better
