How to beat behavioral factors

I promote a niche in the search engine google where a competitor uses only behavioral factors for promotion and recently he began to slowly move me from first place.
I have a question, what of the ranking factors can defeat behavioral factors or how can I protect myself so to speak and gain a foothold in spite of a competitor who uses behavioral factor cheat:)

Because now I also use them, but only in order to stay in prominence XD
But apparently he has much better bots.

contact him and say "hey, mate! Can I get the name of the bots you are using to knock me down off #1? I would like to buy them so I can knock you down, too :D"

are you sure that he's using bots, though? Because, you know, he might genuinely be getting REAL traffic?

yeah no. I know what OP is talking about, those searches are NOT real traffic. Like for example: "Best Nike shoes for 2023 in brand.com" where brand.com is his website. :D No real user ever search like that.

Why even waste money on that bot crap only get ban or domain ban deleted.

The problem is that the site has nothing to promote quality, but for some reason it was at moments when he gets to the first place, although it does not last more than a couple of hours, increases the volume of output from the standard value of 200 people days, to 600-1500 users per day. I am long enough on the first place and know what the real output volume and know this competitor:)

I like the idea of buying:)
 
In fact, I'll probably answer my own question.
What would defeat the behavioral factors use either behavioral factors or a level higher, or bring to perfection a technique or internal optimization.
Although you can go the other way and use links, but in this niche good links are not so much:)
