How to be really 100% anonymous ?

I need to do some "business" but this time really want to be 100% anonymous.
I don't know how things work with proxy companies, but isn't it that if police ask them who were using their proxy, they must give info ?

I was thinking to use VPN (acevpn) on local computer and proxy in browser.
Now question is what proxy to use - private or public ?
Private company that sell proxy has my info.

Also what about using double proxy ? And can you tell me how to do it ?

Or maybe to rent VPS in Israel and do all stuff from there ?

This is called proxy chaining, I can't post links as I'm quite new so you will have to Google this yourself.

hey, tell me how to do "business" and i'll tell you how to anonymize yourself. I worked out a 6 layer anonymization some time back when i was free that passes through several countries (latency would be a lot though), would be glad to share anonymously, so pm me or chat with me on msn
