I want be top when user search for specific word . How ?

Put it in the channel username/name

beyond having the world in the channel name you will have to have enough members in order to appear, for some crowded niches there already are 3 channels "ranking" and you would need to buy enough members in order to appear there and beat at least the 3rd channel (the one with fewer members).
