How to be on top on ebay search?

Hello,
Currently I am selling few things but on ebay search i can find my product only at 10-11 spot, how to rank/be higher on search for example on top 3 spots?

Optimise Keyword tools for your Title. Merchant Words is a good one, along with the Ebay Keywords app on the chrome web store.
A good rule of thumb to go by would be Under 1000 Ebay Results and Over 1000 searches per keyword.

This. The biggest metric for eBay ranking is sales and refund policy. You should allow refunds and drive sales outside SEO (advertising on fb, google, ad networks etc.). This will 100% increase your position for the search result you are ranking for. I've seen this said by someone who works at eBay btw, this is not speculation.
