How to be anonymous.

Hello,

Let's say I have 20 domains and I rent a dedi server.

What can I do to avoid being spied on, so no one can know the exact number of domains I own.

Suppose I alredy have whoisguard, but people can still look at my sites by doing nameserver reverse.

Aside from getting many ips from the host, are there any other way or is getting many ips the only way.

create fake identities...

More ips and you need to make them look totally different in design and keywords, or others will find all of them are your sites.
