How to be anonymous on Instagram?

Hey everyone,

I want to create an anonymous IG account and have some questions.

I don't want my friends/family/contacts to know it's me. I only have a Facebook account and no IG. So after I create it, everyone who is in my contacts/friends list will get notified I'm on IG.

So far I have:
New smartphone
New Google account
New e-mail adress

I'm about to get a new phone number.

I won't use proxies because they cost a lot.

Will I have to use mobile internet all the time or will my home wifi be enough?

i know IG can find my IP adress, but I live with 6 other people, assuming I have different phone/phone number I might be safe, right?

How many accounts can I create with one phone number?

Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Max 5, 2-3 at once.

Wifi is enough, contacts sync option comes and you can deny that. But new phone and new sim with new gmail is enough to not get tracked.
