How to be anonimous with thunderbird

I want a solution for sending emails with thunderbird, can somebody help me find a solution for that?

What is the problem that is needing of solution, as far as hiding your IP? If you have TB you have the solution, along with the right solutions to go with it, but do you have them?

i just tried to send email to myelf and it shows all the ip, even the hotel where i am
I have thunderbird installed yes but i would like to ba anonymous
