How to be accepted in CJ and Shareasale

Guys i need help, please give some advice how to be accepted to CJ and Shareasale. I don't have blog or website yet but i'm about to start, So before i get into the game i wan't to know how to be accepted to this network CJ and Shareasale or if you have any idea on which affiliate network to kickstart please do share. As a newbie like me I wan't to read your pleasant advice before I kick into the game.

To get accepted by shareasale or CJ you have to provide original and valid information during sign up. You have a active and valid website. Do not provide any data which you don't posses.
