How to be 100% anonymous

Hey Guys!

My question here is, how i can archieve to be 100% anonym.
I tried a method on indeed(dot)com, but after several new accounts, they keep disabling my new account from posting jobs..

Before i create a new account there, i do:
-I always restart router for new ip adress
-always delete browser history, uninstall and install the browser again
-i even bought a vpn to get a us ip adress and everything
-i always used icognito mode on browser..

I noticed, that if i do this from another router, most of the time it worked for the first account.

So my question is - what am i doing wrong that they keep detecting me..?
How can i archieve even more anonymity?

Yea i guess that would work, but i need to have different network wifi connection like every 2 days.. i guess that would be too much trouble finding new public network wifi connections every 2 days huh
