yes i have bought new wewbsite for niches based posting . i would like to give backlinks for partucular niche on my website but its 2 days only old
any tips btw i aded google plus profile to my website and the new domain indexed in google just 5hours

First, whenever you start link building to a new domain, start with backlinks only for anchors like: http://www.website.com, http://www.website.com, WEBSITE.COM

I recommend Guest Blogging. It is the best option. Don't rush on building links. Just build links gradually and naturally.

Make some Bookmarks on High PR bookmarking sites. Stay away from Pligg. Do some Social Marketing. Google +1s etc.
