How to back to adwords banned becuse >coupons <

Hello guys , all my acc on adwords are suspended any new acc are suspended to. becuse i use so many time free coupons

How can i check if my domein is banned or only my ip adres ? i realy need to get back on adwords guys ill try crate new acc from dynamic IP but if i log in to that new acc from old banned ip it will automaticly get banned ? or only those acc wich i create from banned IP

Once your account gets suspended for whatever reason...you won't be able to use the same domain..you will need a new domain and new hosting as well..along with this you will require a new billing address..new credit/debit card..new toll free and yes once you try and open this new account from your old ip address it will be banned..try and make a new account with 3G.
