The best way is to find CPA in your country, he can tell you first-hand information because tax system and rules are different in every county. The legal way of saving on taxes is to reinvest, that way you pay less taxes and you grow your business.

If you want low taxes. I think you can do this in the Russia. It's very popular to not to pay the taxes there. And it's safe, no one will put you into the jail for that. And if you want to be legal and pay them, you can try the option "simple tax system" with low tax rates. It's about 9% for individual entrepreneurs.

Register a company.

Fuel bills, rent, internet, entertainment etc everything should be billed to the company.

Deduct expenses, so you only end up paying income tax on the savings.

Dude, pay your taxes. Your country infrastructure, healthcare, public services, pensions etc wont magically get money from the trees.. As others pointed out 23% is pretty low and except if you move out of the country (not the business, you), you can get in trouble for hiding taxes. Pay your taxes.
 
Move to Bulgaria, the cheapest country in the EU. Tax is just a flat rate of 10%

Thats just the corporate tax / flat income tax. Total tax burden is more like 25% or so.
 
In my experience, anywhere in Europe has insane taxes. Dubai seems good.
 
First of all you should talk with your accountant. Second thing that you should do is pay your taxes. Not paying taxes can become more expensive than paying taxes and it's less risky.. but yeah, talk with your accountant before you do anything.
 
23% is not so much ..... i pay much more but i can sleep without any worries ;)
 
I have a great one for you.

Take a trip to Bulgaria, register a business for 1€, transfer the "capital" and pay just 10% :)
