I verified with phone number and commented manually in several forums but was restricted - had to verify on mobile phone. And when I tried to create instagram account using fb account it was instantly suspended, require selfie verification.
I suppose it was due to using vpn on linux.. anyone have experience with this?

Fake names, spamming links in 50 groups at once, sending random friend requests, any nudity even artistic, hate speech, buying likes from panels, running sketchy ads, and jumping between VPN locations constantly. Basically just act like a real person with a normal identity and don't try to game the platform, you'll be fine. Keep a phone number on the account in case they ask for verification.

The biggest thing is make your behavior look like a real person, not like a spam account, don't send lots of friend requests or DMs in a short period especially when u just create the account, really careful in that warm up phase

Facebook usually flags accounts when behavior looks “non-human” like fast friend adding, spammy activity, or jumping devices/IPs too often. Keeping things slow and consistent helps a lot, and I’ve seen people use Gologin or Doplhin just to keep profiles separated when managing multiple accounts.
One thing I have learned is to not change too many things at once. Adding friends quickkly, joining lots of groups or posting too much in a short space of time can sometimes attract unwanted attention. A steady, natural approach following the rules of the platform is usually the safest way to avioid problems.
In terms of prsnl profiles on Facebook, however, it has to do more with giving the impression of being used in a normal fashion. A sudden rise in friend req made, no of groups joined, or repetitive actions are what gen triggers alarm bells, rather than the content. It is also best practice not to change devices too often.

Refrain from using hate speech, avoid sending bulk messages to countless accounts or submitting an excessive number of requests at once, and only post original content that you have permission to use

hey! just follow the rules, log in only from trusted devices, avoid switching IPs too often, don’t post anything sketchy, and if you’re running grey/blackhat offers, make sure you’re doing it through cloaking if that’s your thing.

from my experience, just strictly follow fb policies, use clean residential proxies, don't spam messages, avoid meta-banned content, and interact exactly like a real user

Act as naturally as possible: don't spam comments, don't add dozens of friends in a day, and avoid sudden spikes in activity. Use one stable device and IP, and fill out your profile with real data so you can easily pass a verification check if Facebook's algorithm randomly locks you out.
