How to avoid Selenium getting detected

Any of you know how Ig detects it?
And if it is possible to hide seleniium or the chromedriver to avoid getting captchas?

Not sure but you can try by spoofing your User Agent

Yeah, thats a point in order to not get banned by Ig, but i think hiden selenium is still important

Do you mean avoid calling the API endpoints that the website itself uses?
