Why you think like that. There are no sellers who can scam and stay in bhw marketplace, they get banned. There is a dispute resolution subforum for that.
Always buy from an upgraded member though (blue and pink).

True. There are scammers on each side of the fence. Buyers are no better. A very successful entrepreneur told me once that his 'secret' to prevent being scammed was "to always act as if he had only 10 dollars on his bank account".
