I think you didin't understand my question. I started selling vero items and got MC067 because somebody reported me. So now is the question - how to avoid that for the future?

If you're legit then your defence should clear all the accusations. After a while, Ebay will have you white listed and reports won't affect you.

If OTOH you're doing something shady, then I guess reports are consumers' only resort.
