Hello guys

Anyone with dropshipping experience would tell us please how it's possible to source an item from AliExpress and sell it in USA without getting Patent Infringement issues.

PopSockets as an exemple

I didn't find anyone talking about that neither in forums nor Youtube channels, but the truth is PopSockets LLC has already sued several companies for importing and selling counterfeit PopSockets in USA.

Any Idea guys ?

Have you tried looking for a dropshipper closer to home? I'm from the UK and when I look all I get is us dropshippers. Added advantage is quicker delivery
