How to avoid new reddit shadow ban?

They haven't changed anything lately that I've noticed. They still show the shadow bans on profiles the same way they have for a while.

Is the ban site wide or only on certain sub reddits? A site wide ban is pretty uncommon.

Also, don't spam Reddit, it's the worst way to make money there and it only lasts for a short time. Build up something real there and it equals big money.
