How to avoid negative comments for Application?

After deep thoughts I have came to conclusion negative reviews can be because of such reasons:
1)competitors intentionally low your rates
2)bad usability
3)poor design
4) bags in codes
The main ways to turn situation into your advantages:
1) TEST it before publishing. Even users can do it
2) Spend money for design
3) Buy incent high quality reviews with 5 stars rating to cover low ratings

I think fixing the first 4 points will get rid of the need for the last point. As for testing it, if you aren't testing, you're in the wrong kind of business.

According to me one important point is to get a survey for the application before publishing will be useful to find out the bugs and it decrease negative feedbacks. Social Media is a good platform for surveys.
