how to avoid my real name in my store?

Hi,

is there any way to avoid my real name in my dropshipping store? I'm from germany and the law here is very strict.

I don't want to sell illegal stuff. And I want to do everything as legal as possible (pay taxes etc..)

What I don't want is that you can find my dropshipping business by searching for my real name.

Is there ans legal way?

Or is there any way where I could 100% sure that you can't find my store by searching for my real name (robot.txt..?)
