How to avoid Instagram detects automation?

Hi everyone, I have account that want to automate Instagram. I have automation as well. I did 100 follows first day and then second one, each action every 40-65 seconds. Also used hashtag like. But early second day instagram asked me to change my password. What steps can bypass it? Maybe 100 follows and likes for a day is too much? Or maybe action intervals? Should I use mobile proxies only? The automation I use is in PC and it runs from real phone emulator, shows your sign in as like Samsung SM-985 or whatever.

You've to run a bot using desktop version of instagram, and assign a private dedicated residential proxies (isp proxy from iproyal). Also use randomization.
 
Desktop setups get flagged fast, mobile proxies and real device is way safer.

The bot I use is on desktop but runs instagram in real device kinda emulator but spoofed

I’m using real devices, and things have been running pretty safely so far.

My biggest issue is with the IP addresses — I need different IPs for each device to avoid getting flagged as a bot.
I’m currently using residential proxies, but the connection is super slow, and sometimes I still get the same IP across devices, which defeats the purpose.

Do you have any suggestions for a fast, reliable proxy or VPN with a large IP pool that actually works for this kind of setup?

A tip: VPN won't work. VPN IPs are usually extremely FLAGED. I say this because I've worked on other types of automation that required very low cost for tools that could change the IP. And in the end, I tested almost all VPNs and they were flagged.

Hey bro, you have a lot of proxy options available here in the "proxies for sale" tab. For example, today I'm using @711Proxy_ , which offers me good quality IPs at an affordable price.

A tip: try checking the IPs on IPqualitySCORE: it gives you an ACCURATE score about your IP. I usually work today with a score <30, which means it's a very low FLAG. This is great for residential proxies. The vast majority of residential proxies will give you some flagged IPs and others not. You should choose the one that gives you the highest proportion of unflagged (clean) IPs.

You also have the option of working with mobile proxies. These are usually very clean, the big problem is that a mobile proxy = one IP. You can rotate this IP, but you can't get a list of different IPs at the same time, you know?

password reset usually means Instagram flagged something, so reducing actions to 30–50 per day, using mobile proxies, and increasing time gaps can definitely help you stay under the radar.

100 follows per day is way too much especially on the first day

They cam detect easily desktop emulation.
 
Right off the bat, you are doing 100 follows on desktop. On real devices people can do 50. Keep that in mind.
 
Proxy (do not use a lot of accounts on one proxy), a lot of randomization and also gradual increase. You need to warm up the accounts, you cannot go from 0 to 100 follows a day. It needs to mimic natural user behavior. There are many bots which offers features like Prorate settings or AI settings, aim for these. My favorite is Fanzella, they have AI reactions or AI DM bot. They have a discount code for BHW users too, use "BLACKHATWORLD".

Think of what you would normally do on Instagram, and do that on the account too. Actions not necessarily with the aim of getting followers (you can do genuine comments, interact with friends, DM people etc).

Avoid performing a high number of actions (likes, follows, comments) in a short period
Refrain from posting identical comments or messages across multiple accounts. Personalize interactions to appear more authentic
Try to use the same device and network when accessing your account ( you can use static isp proxy )
 
I keep actions slow and steady, avoid repeating the same tasks, and change up my patterns to look more natural. It helps me avoid detection.
 
To avoid Instagram detecting automation, limit your actions, vary your timings, and keep things looking natural. Do not overuse automation tools, and always aim for authentic behavior on your account.
