I'm manually sending emails to potential customers by obtaining their email addresses from their websites and then sending them my message. Some of them are going into the spam folder according to some of the recipients, so what can I do to avoid this? My hosting and webmail is through BlueHost, and that is where I send my emails from. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try using SMTP servers. There are a lot and many of them are free. As far as I know, the gmail can be configured in your box without encryption.

Yea you better change SMTP, use gmail's one as it's the best one and guaranteed inbox

But what if I want to use my business email to send the emails and not using a Gmail one?

Sorry, I'm not really sure what an SMTP is or how to work with one.

And use Gammadyne Mailer to send emails with those smtp email. It's a powerful software to deliver emails into inbox. Also test test test until you will get an email that goes directly to inbox in yahoo, gmail, aol, hotmail. The rest of them, doesn't matter, it will go in inbox if it will go to these one

I was hoping for some kind of free option that allows me to avoid the spam mailbox. I'm not doing email marketing campaigns, it's reaching out to potential customers using the emails on their websites. So I'm not sending dozens or hundreds of emails at a time or having them scheduled out. I'm manually sending these one at a time.
