Would you mind to tell us why it's got suspended because i don't think IPTV is in restricted products or services under Google Ads policies

Whenever I started the ads I got suspended because of their rules. I try to change the Domaine name too.

I mean the reason your account got suspended, for example suspicious payment, circumventing policy

i don't see creating ads for iptv is against google ads policies but this thread maybe can help you to understand ...

Is the landing page content unique ? Yes, nowadays Google Ads algorithms do check for plagiarism even in landing pages used in Google Ads. Why ? Same content in multiple landing pages of multiple Google Ads accounts is seen as circumventing systems, as this indicates to Google Ads algorithms that these multiple Google Ads accounts are of the same person.
So, for higher chances of success, it is better to have unique content on a landing page.
Is your landing page just of 1 or 2 sentences ? Make it around 1000 words, with 3 to 4 relevant images.
Have you use the same ad copies in multiple Google Ads accounts ? Avoid doing so.
Are your keywords, ad copy / ad copies and landing page VERY CLOSELY RELATED to one another ? It needs to be.
There are LOTS AND LOTS of other reasons too for circumventing systems policy suspensions. Just use your creativity and imagine you are the Google Ads algorithm(s) and think of how you would try to catch an advertiser who is using multiple accounts and / or trying to circumventing Google Ads policies. Do not think from your point of view, think from Google Ads algorithms point of view.
