How To Avoid Getting Hacked in IG? (Not a guide, question for EXPERTS)

There is always been a Terror in Getting your Account in IG, Hacked. So as the title says..

I am Requesting Help and Knowledge of the Experts here about what can we do to avoid Being hacked and Being a Crybaby when all of your Hardwork is taken away from you.

The only thing you can and need to do, is picking a strong password and keep it safe.
And obviously, be aware to phishing when you login to instagram viewers/other services that asks for login with your instagram account.

you need a strong password a password not stupid like god,love,kiss

you need really to go the Microsoft way.

I was told use upper case and lower case and numbers and if smart also throw in a special symbol.

R_Da44o) <<< to me it means redarow to you god knows but a very strong password lol

all you need to remember.

uppercase lowercase numbers and symbol
like my example above

a brute force hacker who into password hacking will try.
love,god,money,home,mum,dad ect ect ect.

You will only get your account hacked if you do something stupid.

-Strong password on both IG and email linked to IG
-Enable 2fa on email linked to IG
-Link facebook to IG
-Don't login to suspicious websites/phishers

What amazes me is web companies that set a maximum limit for passwords.... like "your password must be 8-12 characters"
For example using brute force, assuming a dictionary attack too,

printer
would take 0.1 seconds to crack

printerprinter
would take 2 years to crack

printerprinterprinter
would take 16,430,000,000 years to crack

PrinterPrinterPrinter12345!
would take 7,938,400,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years to crack

This way you can use easy to remember words and still have massive security.

Simplest way to remember a good password is double or triple an easy phrase or word...

Another tip: If you have an account that's worth a lot to you (eg. lots of followers or something that makes you cash on the daily) then don't publicize your account in the forums.

I've seen a lot of big accounts get hacked or banned because of this.
