How to avoid fb page being banned?

How can I avoid a fb page being banned if it gets reported by competition?
I want to advertise a clothing shop and i’ve heard that the page gets banned if its reported by few people if you advertise branded clothes.
Does it help if i buy an older page?
I also want to run ads.

if users report it, no way to be safe.
 
Its not going to have tons of reports, maybe just a few from small competition
 
Use verified bm, maybe if it will be verified they can't just easily ban u.
 
This is going to be very risky if you don't have an attorney by your side. FB has a feature to link the original brand in your ads, you can use it if you are a legit reseller of the brand. If this is an honest, white-hat business then don't worry about getting reported. Your page may get suspended, but then have your attorney write an appeal with proofs of being a legit reseller of the brands, and your page will get reinstated. However, if it's blackhat, then don't mention the real brands anywhere on your store, fb page or ads - mask logos and trademarks.

Doesn't matter that if you bought older page until that verified
 
I guess you should be ready to use multiple accounts because there's no way you can stop people from reporting.
 
You can use page that was banned before and successfully appiled. Known as reinstated fanpages. In result you will get long living ad campaighn.
 
I created a page from a fresh account and ads were disabled before i even finished them so i can publish. Maybe because i have in the profile picture a picture with some brands ?
 
If you have website, varify it through BM
send your documents to Facebook
add you acc to BM
add insta acc to BM
be happy you get the highest trust-score
it's to difficult to be banned with full varification
 
What documents they require? I don’t have website, i have a physical store. It seems like this solution takes some time, i needed it today

What's about Fb Bm? do You have it?
 
But why would they restrict advertising before i even created the ad? I didnt even add pictures or text. It got blocked after i added the card for payment, which is a new card
