how to avoid ejection ?

Hello everyone, I'm a new affiliate marketer and I built a new website, new website from scratch and I applied for programms on cj and awin to get links from, and promote it on my new website, but they rejected me ? why ? and how to avoid this if I wanna apply another time? please guide me !
