How to avoid duplicate content fetch from RSS?

i use WP-o-Matic to fetch Rss content,

but it will get ton of duplicate content to my blog.

which plugin will get RSS content without duplicate ?

Should be a plugin that auto deletes duplicate 'posts'.

Thanks. This plugin is definitely helpfull.

but in my case, everytime WP-o-Matic fetch a RSS content and publish a post , the "twitter-tools" plugin will tweet this post to my twitter account.

if the post is duplicate, so my tweet will be duplicate too. i am afraid too much duplicate tweet will get my twitter account banned.


so, i think the best option is finding a RSS Fetch plugin which will not get duplicate content from RSS.
