How to avoid Copyright problems with CPA ?

Lets say im locking an FREE software with CPA, is it OK than ?

On the other hand i got a site that is about SERIAL KEYS for games and stuff, but when they fill out CPA they go to the file sharing site that has a notepad file that doesnt have anything working

None of the CPA network will explicitly allow this.

Some are more lenient on that sense.

PM me if you need any CPA network of those.
 
Why wouldnt they allow it if its nothing illegal ..

It's called "fake/misleading content".

They will ban you in no time :)

But again, there are networks that are lenient for that and methods to avoid to get caught.

If you use their content locker, hide your traffic, I think you'll be good. That's what I did and I wasn't banned. Lol. I made $540 in 4 days...
 
How can you hide the referrer if you are using their locker which is a script running on their end?!?!
 
Hows traffic important, i get it from google not from youtube, also its not traffic that is copyrighted (xD) but the stuff i talk about they will get when they fill out CPA xDD

Not sure if you are kidding us or you don't understand really, but what matters is not just the traffic but also the incentive you are giving.

In your case, your incentive is illegal or fake.

Both are NOT allowed by most CPA networks.

Im using a link shortener(some CPA companys have it ) for files so its not incentive ;) (like sharecash)

I don't mean to be rude, but it sounds like you are missing the IM basics :confused:

Each time you request users to complete an action (surveys, CPA offers etc...) for something in return it's an incentive.

In your case you are offering an incentive (serials) that it's copyrighted so CPA won't allow it.
The fact that is fake does not change the essence of the thing.

Shortening the link does not mean your CPA will not know the referrer.
If you fail to do it properly, they will catch you and ban you, revoking all your commissions.
