yes it is reasonable with WH advertising but with GH BH it is very difficult to be banned even when scanned, but anyway limit it as much as possible to avoid being banned widely

Guys, let me ask you, has anyone ever encountered a case where BM was set up cleanly, via real, brand new page, content that complied with the policy but was still restricted right after creating the first ad account? If you encounter such a case, how do you handle it so that the entire system isn't marked as a 'repeat offender' when you set it up again?
 
I don't see any way to be sure that it won't be scanned. What you shared is helpful but it doesn't apply to all cases, Many BMs are still scanned even though they don't commit any errors

From my experience, the best way to reduce BM restrictions is to keep accounts clean, active, and compliant - real verified admins, proper business info, and no risky content. Also, staying proactive with reviews and appeals can help maintain account health long-term.

Just try to make sure your ads don't get blocked too often, but based on our experience with running gray ads on Facebook, blocking can be completely random. We didn't have any rejected ads, and BM blocked us for no reason, while BM, which has a lot of rejected ads, didn't block us. But the thing is, after being blocked, we often file an appeal and BM unblocks us.

Totally agree - maintaining a clean, policy-compliant setup and removing restricted assets early has worked well for me too.
