How to avoid bans when creating new Reddit accounts after previous bans?

Don’t. Evading bans violates Reddit’s rules. Instead, appeal your ban or create a new account only after resolving issues with Reddit admins.

At Reddit, we only use anti-detection browsers. In our case, it's Linken Sphere. But there are many alternatives on the market now. And, of course, high-quality proxies. At the very least, they don't give you captchas on Google. I can't advise on Android mobile devices, but on iPhones, it's mobile internet and resetting the settings before creating a new profile.
