How to avoid banned members from reentering a membership site

Hi guys,
my question: Is there a way to avoid banned members from reentering the online community.
I know that you can block their IP but many of these suckers would sign up under a proxy again.

Any solutions?

There is no 100% full proof way of doing it but proxy blockers could do some magic there, also make sure you use their email and confirm the email because that way they have to go through the pain of recreating a new one everytime and most people will give up right then and there. You can do mobile verification which will weed out a TON of people because there are only so many numbers available.
 
There is no fool proof system. It would be cool if someone came up with a system that uses Panopticlick browser fingerprinting to ban members, but it would trigger false positives.

Anyway, they are prone to get caught quickly and without doing much damage. Anyway2:), there is someone called W130SN, and some other members like him to blow them out as fast as they come inside here. :D
 
You need a proxy blocker like the ones that GPT sites have, those sites are very hard signup to with a proxy.
 
It's hard to do. Best you can do is block off the set of IPs they are coming in from.
